Dreame did not choose just any setting to present its new products for 2026. The brand invited media, partners, and distributors to the Château de Chantilly, in a rather spectacular setting, to unveil a wave of products that far exceeds the realm of robot vacuum cleaners.
This choice of location is not insignificant. A few days earlier, Dreame also announced Cristiano Ronaldo as its global ambassador. One could say that the brand opened the checkbook! Between a premium event in one of the most beautiful French castles and a global football star, Dreame sends a very clear message: it no longer wants to be known only to robot vacuum enthusiasts. It wants to become a global brand in smart home solutions.
Founded in 2017, Dreame has experienced impressive growth. Arriving in Europe in 2019, the brand claims today to hold the top position in the European robot vacuum market. It also announces a 103% increase in its revenue in 2025, and another 110% growth between January and April 2026. More than 5 million Dreame devices are said to have already been activated in Europe. Not bad for a brand that was still relatively unknown a few years ago.

A strategy that strongly resembles Xiaomi
It’s hard not to draw a parallel with Xiaomi.
Initially, Xiaomi was primarily associated with smartphones. Gradually, the brand invaded the home with robot vacuums, air purifiers, televisions, scooters, connected objects, appliances, and a multitude of everyday products.
Dreame seems to be following exactly the same trajectory. The brand first established itself in robot vacuums, then in washer vacuums, stick vacuums, robotic lawnmowers, and pool robots. With this new generation of products, it is taking another step: kitchen, laundry, pets, window cleaning, multi-story maintenance… it covers it all.
The common thread is clear: Dreame no longer wants to sell merely cleaning devices. It wants to build a complete Smart Living ecosystem.
X60 Pro Series: robot vacuums remain the technological showcase
Even as Dreame diversifies, the robot vacuum clearly remains the brand’s flagship product. And the X60 Pro series is undoubtedly the most significant announcement of this event.
Dreame has not only increased suction power or made slight navigation improvements. The brand aims to solve several historical issues of robot vacuums: cleaning corners, along baseboards, under furniture, and in hard-to-reach areas.

The most striking innovation is undoubtedly the new extendable robotic arm. While most robots are limited by their round shape, the system developed by Dreame allows the side brush and mop to extend from the chassis when the robot detects a corner, a piece of furniture leg, or an area that is difficult to reach.

In practical terms, the robot can extend its arm to reach dust in 90° corners, along walls, or around obstacles. This is especially important because these areas are often the most poorly cleaned by traditional robots. During the demonstration, Dreame emphasized this ability to reduce neglected areas without requiring manual touch-up.

The brand also combines this system with a new generation of AI-assisted navigation. The robots use multiple sensors and cameras to recognize objects on the ground, adapt their trajectory, and optimize the deployment of the extendable arm according to the room’s layout.
Another important evolution is the management of thresholds and small obstacles. Dreame continues to work on its crossing technology to allow the robot to move more easily between different rooms without getting stuck on thresholds or thick rugs.

The mopping function also benefits from numerous enhancements. The mops can be automatically cleaned, dried, and lifted depending on the encountered surfaces. The robot can adjust its behavior when it detects a rug to avoid getting it wet.

But the real novelty of this generation is undoubtedly the Matrix version.
The X60 Pro Ultra Matrix will arrive in August 2026 at €1,699. Its main feature is its automatic mop changing system according to the rooms. The station can store multiple types of mops, and the robot automatically selects the one that best suits the area to be cleaned.

The kitchen can thus receive a nylon mop that is more effective against greasy residues, the bathroom can have a more absorbent sponge mop, while living areas benefit from thermal mops designed for daily maintenance. This approach is quite unprecedented in the consumer market and brings the robot even closer to specialized room-by-room cleaning.
The X60 Pro Ultra Matrix Vision version will also be marketed in August 2026 at the price of €1,799. It notably adds an enhanced vision system allowing for better obstacle recognition, as well as a transparent design station particularly highlighted during the presentation.
For those looking for a more discreet integration, Dreame will also offer the X60 Pro Master starting in August 2026 at a price of €1,599. This version focuses on a more compact station with automatic water connection for filling and draining.

Finally, the X60 Pro Ultra Complete model will open the range on June 5, 2026, at a price of €1,499, with a launch discount of €200 until June 11.
With this X60 Pro series, Dreame shows that it is no longer only focused on improving raw performance. The brand now seeks to address the last weak points of modern robot vacuums through concrete mechanical innovations, like this extendable arm, which could become one of the most significant advancements in the sector in the coming years.
Cyber X: the robot capable of going up… and now cleaning stairs
The Cyber X is one of those products that inevitably attracts attention at a show or presentation.
For those following Dreame’s news, this robot is not completely surprising. We had already glimpsed a first prototype at the IFA in Berlin last year. At the time, the demonstration was already impressive: seeing a robot vacuum leave the ground to climb stairs seemed almost like science fiction.
But the final version presented in Chantilly has evolved significantly since that first prototype.
The goal remains the same: to solve one of the last major blockages for robot vacuums, namely multi-level residences. Today, even the best robots on the market still require human intervention to be moved from one floor to another. With the Cyber X, Dreame aims to eliminate that constraint.
To achieve this, the manufacturer developed a biomimetic system with four tracks capable of modifying its position according to the stair configuration. The robot can thus climb steps up to 42°, but can also handle different types of stairs: straight, turning, L-shaped, U-shaped, spiral, or even some open staircases.

During the demonstration, the movement appeared surprisingly fluid. The robot analyzes each step, adapts its trajectory, and repositions its tracks to maintain its balance during the ascent.
But the real evolution compared to what we saw at the IFA mainly concerns the descent.
The prototype seen last year was primarily designed to cross steps to reach another floor. The final version goes much further since it is now capable of cleaning the stairs themselves as it descends.

In practical terms, the Cyber X no longer merely sees the stairs as an obstacle to overcome. It treats them as a dedicated cleaning area. During its descent, it can vacuum each step individually, stopping briefly on each one before continuing its path. This is an important change because stairs are often areas where dust, hair, and pet fur accumulate, while remaining difficult to automate.

This capability completely transforms the product’s appeal. We’re no longer just talking about a robot capable of changing floors by itself, but a device that can genuinely take care of cleaning the stairs, a task that remains entirely manual in most households today.
To ensure this complex navigation, Dreame has integrated an independent 3D ToF vision system capable of precisely modeling the environment. The robot can map up to four different levels and memorize the routes between floors.

The Cyber X also features a reported suction power of 6,000 Pa for cleaning steps and a 6,400 mAh battery.
Of course, several questions remain unanswered. The actual cleaning speed of an entire staircase, management of objects left on the steps, or the battery life during multi-level cleaning will need to be assessed during extensive testing. But technologically, the Cyber X is probably one of the most ambitious products presented by Dreame this year.
The Cyber X is priced at €1,199, with availability expected in the second half of 2026. We will likely have a chance to see it again at the IFA in Berlin in the fall.

Dreame is clearly changing dimension
This launch in Chantilly shows one thing: Dreame is changing dimension.
The manufacturer is no longer content to improve its robot vacuums year after year. It wants to occupy the entire house. Floors, windows, kitchens, laundry rooms, pets, stairs: every area of daily life becomes a product opportunity.

And we have only mentioned a few of the new products here, as Dreame presented many more: the robotic lawnmowers we already know, but also a cooking hob with integrated hood, oven, air fryer, coffee makers, toasters, composters, connected rings, bladeless fans, hair dryers, etc.

The arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo as a global ambassador also confirms this rise in power. Dreame is no longer just trying to convince technology enthusiasts. The brand aims to reach the general public, build a premium image, and position its name at the same level as major appliance brands.

Now, we must wait to see how all these products perform in real conditions. On paper, the offensive is impressive. But the challenge for Dreame will be to maintain the same standards across all these new segments. Because developing a good robot vacuum, a good refrigerator, a good dryer, and a good pet range is not quite the same business.
One thing is certain: if Dreame succeeds in its bet, the brand could become one of the most interesting players in the connected home market in 2026.
